Shipping, Delivery, and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing the Overlander Association. We want to ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience, which is why we've outlined our shipping, delivery, and returns policy below. By making a purchase through our website at www.overlanderassociation.in ("the Website"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

1. Shipping and Delivery

1.0  Shipping & Delivery Policy : The Overlander Association ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
1.1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping to all regions in India. Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on your location.

1.2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to choose from during the checkout process. The estimated delivery times and associated costs for each method will be provided at that time.

1.3. Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and product availability. We aim to process and ship orders within 8 business days of receiving your order.

1.4. Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

2. Returns and Exchanges and Refunds

2.0 Return Policy : Acceptance of Return at full discretion of Overlander Association, if the Return is accepted, Product must be returned to us within 10 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
2.1. Returns Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or if your product arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.

2.2. Return Procedure: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at info@overlanderassociation.in to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if available, along with any accessories and the RMA number.

Ship the product back to us within [number of days] days of receiving the RMA number.

2.3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

2.4. Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly.

2.5 Refund Policy : Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Overlander Association will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.
