Dear all,
YT videos introduced me to overlanding and camping a year ago. As a childhood dream, the concept was given a name last year. I purchased an SUV and began camping in both secure and wild locations. Over the past 8 months, I have traveled 13K kilometers to reach 6 campsites. Next year I would like to build out a Force Traveller and go on a Pan-India tour. It is a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful community!

Dear fellow Overlanders,
I am Satyajit Sarker, based in Bangalore, India. Alongside me on this adventurous journey are my wife Madhumita, who is an entrepreneur, our 14-year-old son Swapneel, and our lovable furry companion, Newton, a Beagle. We share a deep passion for exploring the wonders of nature through sustainable overlanding.
I am delighted to be a part of this vibrant online community dedicated to exploring and preserving the wonders of nature through sustainable overlanding. Allow me to introduce myself—I am an IT professional by trade, driven by a deep-rooted passion for immersing myself in the beauty of our natural surroundings. Over the years, I have developed a profound desire to embark on thrilling adventures, seeking solace and connection within the embrace of nature.
As an IT professional, I have witnessed first-hand the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of technology. While this realm has its own merits, I have found a calling to step away from the screens and embrace the serenity of the great outdoors. By merging my IT expertise with my unwavering enthusiasm for sustainable overlanding, I aim to contribute to the growth and development of our community in a meaningful way.
I believe that overlanding is not just about the destination but also about the journey itself. It is about embracing the unknown, experiencing the thrill of self-sufficiency, and appreciating the serenity of remote camping spots. With every journey I undertake, I strive to be an ambassador for sustainable practices, ensuring that the footprints I leave behind are minimal and respectful to the environment. I firmly believe that by fostering a deep sense of connection and understanding with the natural world, we can collectively work towards its preservation for future generations.
This website serves as a platform for us to connect, learn, and share our experiences. I am thrilled to be a part of this community, ready to engage in enriching discussions and contribute to the collective wisdom that drives us forward. Feel free to reach out to me directly at satyajitsarker@gmail.com or call me at 9341440444 with any feedback, inquiries, suggestions, or sharing your own overlanding experiences.
I invite you all to join me on this extraordinary journey as we explore the uncharted territories of overlanding in India. Let's collaborate, inspire one another, and create a positive impact on the overlanding landscape in our country. Together, we can forge lasting connections with nature and build a community that embraces sustainable overlanding practices.
I look forward to connecting with each one of you, exchanging stories, and embarking on remarkable adventures together.
Happy overlanding!
