❖ Assembly and Flag Off (Bargi Dam): December 24th, 2023, 10:00 AM
Location: Maikal Resort, Bargi Dam, Bargi Nagar, Jabalpur - 482056, Madhya Pradesh

❖ First Camping Site (Niwas): December 24th to December 27th
Location: Gugra Falls, Tehsil - Niwas, District- Mandla, MP
❖ Second Camping Site (Kanha): December 27th to December 30th
Location: Kanaha Kisli, Mocha village, District- Mandla, MP
❖ Third camping Site for New Year's Eve (Mandla): December 30th, 2023 to January 1st, 2024.
Location: Tourist Motel, MP Tourism, Jabalpur–Mandala Road.
Event Closing: January 1st, 2024 post breakfast.
(Note: New Year Celebration will be inside secured and fenced campus and all the cost including venue and food will be equally shared by all the participants on actual)
NOTE : There is a Rs. 3000/- security refundable security deposit to be paid within 24hrs of confirming this registration. Please see the tickets for more details.
